R2 Property Management: Our Story

The R2 Property Management and Concierge Services team has developed a trusted reputation in the greater NH Lakes Region for exceeding our customers’ expectations in delivering services related to the care and management of residential homes, estates, associations, and commercial properties. How We Got Started

When owner Jeff Reisner first moved to the area, he had three unique and impactful experiences that led him to build the business known as R2 Property Management today. In his search for a variety of professionals related to property management, maintenance, and construction services, he had no luck finding available, dependable, and reasonably priced service providers.


When seeking a local plumber, he had no luck finding anyone to get the job done in a timely manner. All the available plumbers seemed to be booked out for at least three months. He was able to find a roofer, but he couldn’t find one that had the appropriate insurance coverage for legal and safety reasons. Finally, he sought out a contractor to help rebuild his deck but received unreasonably high quotes over and over again. 


As a result of these experiences, Jeff saw a real need for more ethical property management services to be made available to the community at more reasonable and fair prices. And he decided he wanted to be the one to positively disrupt the industry and meet these long-overdue demands.


About the Company Name

The name of the business was passed down through the family. Jeff’s father owned a real estate company called R2 Real Estate, of which Jeff is currently the Principal. Jeff also now has two of his own, so he felt the R2 was quite fitting to use as the prefix to his company name, R2 Property Management & Concierge Services, LLC. Jeff’s dedication to building a legacy with the business for future generations – his own and his employees’ – further confirms the name choice was perfect for what he hopes will continue to be a family-owned business for years to come.


About the Owner, Jeff Reisner

Before creating R2 Property Management, Jeff served as the CEO of a mid-sized scrap metal recycling operation. He has a strong commercial real estate development and management background and is also a Massachusetts and New Hampshire licensed real estate agent. In his personal time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and teaching his sons to ride and race snowmobiles and fish on the lake.


Our Why

The New Hampshire Lakes Region is one of the most beautiful areas in New England. We love the area for its aesthetic appeal but also for the strong, tight-knit community that exists here. This type of community doesn’t exist in many other areas of the state and throughout the region. It’s a place where everybody knows everybody, or at least makes an effort to. 


As a local business in this region, we prioritize getting to know the community and serving them as best we can. To do that, we must immerse ourselves in the culture and every aspect of the community, which enables us to better understand their needs and how we can help.
