We have never owned property on the Lake until now. We have rented for years but decided we wanted to buy recently. After almost a year planning my new bathroom is finished! I have a condo that use to be an old farmhouse built in 1800’s. My bathroom had to be gutted. Jeff & company has done a wonderful job! We hired R2 Property Management to replace the rotting trim work on our house with PVC trim. The quality of work and the workers attention to detail were beyond our expectations. We would highly recommed R2 to anyone looking for maintenance work around the house. We are planning to have them back in the near future to do additional work.

I am thrilled with the work the R2 crew did for me. I had several projects: replacement of rotted siding, replacement of rotted sills, a new mailbox stand, and a couple other small things. They were done in less than 4 hours. The work is beautiful, the clean up thorough and the crew so responsive. I can't wait to hire them again.

Very happy with the before-and-after transformation of the laundromat that we bought and re-launched. Jeff's team was able to step in quickly and perform a full transformation of the business space. Demolition, revitalization of the walls, new ceiling, new rear entry door (replacing an old garage door), new bathroom, responding and adapting to requests along the way, and working well with other sub-contractors.
