Property watch and dock bubbler services include but are not limited to:

Property watch on a schedule suited to your specific needs.
Standard walk throughs and perimeter checks.
Check Mailbox.
Verify that all regular services (landscaping, pool, etc.) have been completed.
Check alarm systems.
Verify water is turned off to the home.
Check on appliances.
Verify that the breakers are ‘on’ and not tripped.
Check smoke, carbon monoxide, and any other devices as needed.
Care for any indoor plants or habitats left at your home.
Look for pests, leaks, mold, or other irregularities.
24 hour emergency response to low temp warnings; fire; and burglary alarms.
When a problem is found at the home you will be notified about the situation, as well as some suggested remedies for consideration.
Dock Pump installation and weekly check-ins.
